Silent check valve: the upper part of the valve disc and the lower part of the valve cover are provided with a guide sleeve. The guide sleeve of the valve disc can rise and fall freely in the guide sleeve. When the medium flows downstream, the valve disc is opened by the thrust of the medium. When the medium stops flowing, the valve disc is dropped on the valve seat by itself to prevent the medium from flowing upstream. Straight-through lift check valve medium inlet and outlet channel direction and seat channel direction straight; vertical lift check valve, the medium inlet and outlet channel direction and seat channel direction the same, the flow resistance is straight-through small.

Silent check valve device approach note:

1, in the pipeline system do not let the check valve to accept the weight, large check valve should be independent support, so that it is not affected by the pressure generated by the pipeline system.

2. When the device, pay attention to the direction of medium flow and the direction of the arrow marked on the valve body.

3. The lifting type straight flap check valve shall be installed on the straight pipe.

4. The lifting horizontal flap check valve should be installed on the horizontal pipeline.
